All 100% organically grown meats at this Brooklyn hot-spot are free of all growth hormones and antibiotics.  The poultry is free range…  And while I’m hooked on the beef and veggie burgers, ala The Sputnik style, other epicurious types also have a choice of turkey, chicken, ostrich, elk, or bison.   The bartenders are friendly, and give you the low down on what accoutriments go best with which burger.  The burgers are hot off the grill, never pre-cooked and… HERE’s the best part…if you’re like me and hate to be served those processed battered-filled “onion rings”… you’ll  love these.  They’re  real onion rings on roids!
